Today I'm enjoying retirement. When family, friends, appointments, dog shows and health allow I enjoy doing some woodworking in my shop (Link to woodworking YouTube channel - @wbfinewoodworking) plus working with my computers and video equipment. Recently I started a podcast on basset hounds called WOEBGON the Basset Hound Podcast that is available on most podcast sites and has a visual version on YouTube (LINK: https://www.youtube.com/@WOEBGON.

I must admit that when I started the WOEBGON podcast my other YouTube channels suffered tremendously. I've decided to greatly limit additions to my woodworking channel and haven't posted there for quite a while. It's too difficult to do the woodworking and video at the same time. Each shot has to be set up before I can make a cut or turn a piece on the lathe so recording in the shop has more than doubled my time on every project. I'm currently on a break from the podcast but should upload new episoded in a Season 2 sometime in 2026.

I've revived this Tech iHOUND channel and assure you that I will keep it going. My goal for this channel is to make it one that is more helpful, especially those of you who are closer to my age. Please let me know in the YouTube Comments and in emails what you think and what you'd like to see. I'm very open to any helpful information you can provide and appreciate the effort.

Pam (my wife) and I are deeply into showing pure bred dogs, specifically basset hounds, in AKC conformation. This is something that both of us can be involved in. I have a website (Woebgon Bassets) where you can see our dogs and learn about basset hounds. Our bassets are our children. While we actually bred some in the past Pam and I have decided, due to our ages, to retire from breeding. Obviously a silhouette of one of our basset hounds, Joy, is part of my Tech iHOUND logo as well as my WB Fine Woodworking Logo.

I recently set up an Amazon Affilate Program account. Amazon, due to the lack of adequate purchases by my viewers has haulted my participation. I hope to eventually join the program once this channel gets more subscribers and views.

Unfortunately the creation of this website is coming along slowly. Since it's a technology website, unlike my others, I'm trying to make it responsive. This is turning out to be very confusing and difficult but I'm enjoying the challenge. I'm starting to get the hang of the responsive techniques so I'm now keeping up fairly well. I appreciate your patience and support.

I greatly appreciate all the likes that people have taken the time to do on my videos as well as all the comments. I'd love to hear more. Only through communication with you viewers will I be able to produce the content you're interested in. Please feel free to coment on the videos or email me at donbullock@techihound.com. I'd love to hear from you.
